Description

Buckhorn Wash or Draw in the San Rafael Swell contains one of the most notable Utah pictograph panels. Sadly, vandals severely damaged the images in the 1970s and 1980s. In 1995, an artist was commissioned to restore the pictographs as much as possible. The panel contains several Barrier Canyon-style anthropomorphs. Observant visitors will find several other rock art panels along the gravel road that parallels the wash.
